Oh, go on then, here's the report:
The run-up to Christmas is a busy time of year, causing me a headache to get to Grahams new place on time. Thats my story & I'm sticking to it... As I headed towhere I thought I should be going, it finally dawned on me that not only was myhead in the wrong place, but so was my bloody car!
Eventually I made it, and play began. 8 of us sat down to an amazing first hand -FOUR people all-in. The Christmas headache factor was seemingly affecting others too. As the cards were revealed, the recklessness became apparent. And then the river, and the winning hand was revealed. A pair of Jacks! Surely some mistake? You're having a laugh, I thought. Actually, Kris was. The jacks were his.
And so it went on. Another few hands and Pete had gone all-in again (& lost again). He made the sensible move, and went home in search of some sanity. Some whilelater (after 3 more buy-ins) the futility of fighting against the huge chipstacks on eitherside of me hit home. And so did I. I'd not had too many decent hands, but every rivercard seemed to favour my opponents. Oh well, time to cut and run.
So now, the day after, I'm getting emails asking me can we skip the report (usually written by the winner). No, absolutely not. Busy, busy Christmas time is a lame excuse (see above) but the website must go on!
So here I am, still wondering like you who the hell won, what happened etc. Allow me toenlighten you: The winner will be evident from the change in the league table, and theirChristmas shopping just became considerably easier (the pot was already pretty goodeven before I left).
Roll on next Wednesday, I say. Normality may resume, but I wouldn't bet on it. I reckon Christmas has the nuts.

Report supplimentary by Adam:
I was so close to winning my first wed night.
I had over 19000 chips to ems 3000.
3 all ins with em and lost them all.
My first was a open ended straight and flush draw, the second I had a straight draw and pair of kings and last I had A3 hearts. Board had an ace on it and 3hearts with one card left... and she won that one too with two pair Aces and Queens.
Bollocks, bollocks, bollocks !
